I am a passionate, highly professional and accomplished Level 4 personal trainer, who has always been fascinated by the human body and its biomechanics with a special interest in functional training. My area of expertise is wide ranging to include weight loss, back/core strengthening and postural and muscular imbalance correction.
I am a firm believer in continuous and lifelong learning and have therefore undertaken numerous professional development courses throughout my career as a personal trainer.
I have also acquired invaluable experiential knowledge through my close working with physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors; in turn  helping my clients and patients  with joint instabilities and muscular imbalances.

Although weight loss tends to be the primary driver for most of my clients, I concurrently help them to build their strength and fitness to the optimal levels. I have in particular helped clients that suffer from back pain, shoulders, hip and knee injuries to rebuild their lost strength and stamina.

My strongest motivation is to help you achieve and exceed your goals to reach your full potential.
