Based at our private Westbourne studio, I’m a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience specialising in functional movement, posture improvement, and correcting muscular imbalances. I’ve worked extensively with clients managing injuries and joint instability, including back, shoulder, and hip conditions. I help people of all ages move more efficiently, feel stronger, and build confidence through structured, supportive coaching.
