Based at our private studio in Westbourne, Bournemouth, I am the founder and head trainer at Optimum Physique. With over 20 years of coaching experience and a Master’s degree in Sport Science, I specialise in delivering safe, effective, and results-driven personal training tailored to each individual, helping clients train with purpose and build real strength.

I founded Optimum Physique in London in 2005 before expanding to Bournemouth in 2012, where I continue to deliver professional one-to-one personal training in a calm, supportive environment. My approach is rooted in biomechanics and long-term planning, ensuring that every client progresses at a pace appropriate to their age and ability.
