Post-Rehab Personal Training is specific and directed towards the clients’ functional imbalances and muscular weaknesses that can sometimes
remain after surgery, physical therapy or chiropractic treatments.
Our programs are specifically designed to improve functional outcomes and do not take the place of physical therapy or chiropractic care.
These approaches are effective at managing pain in the short-term, however
training with an optimum physique trainer is the best long term option!
By understanding the injury mechanics, dysfunctional movements and
programming components we help our clients even with limitations
to see quick progress.
Our Post-Rehab Training sessions are 100% customised for each client.
Most sessions last 60 mins following a consultation and assessment but
30 min sessions are also available if required.
